3 T melted butter
1/2 cup cocoa
1/3 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Combined melted butter, cocoa, then add milk and vanilla. Stir in sugar; add salt. Beat until smooth.
