Creamed Chicken with Biscuits

Ingredients You'll Need
10 Tbsp. butter
10 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. chicken broth
1 3/4 c. milk
2 c. cut-up cooked chicken (2 small cans of boned chicken may be substituted)
Directions
Melt butter. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat until bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in chicken and milk. Bring to a boil and boil 1 min stirring occasionally. (Add more milk if too thick) Gently stir in chicken. Pour into baking dish. Top with your favorite buscuits and bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
