Ingredients You'll Need
3 Lbs Potatoes Cubed
1 Large Onion Chopped
Several Stalks Celery Chopped
3 Tbsp Flour, Mix And Add To Potatoes (With Some Retained Water)
Add 4 Tbsp Butter
1 Pint Half And Half
1 Pint Heavy Whipping Cream
Salt And Pepper
Meat If Desired (Ham Sausage Smoked Turkey)
Garnish: Grated Cheddar, Bacon, Green Onions and or Croutons
Directions
Cream Of Potato Soup
Ingredients:
3 Lbs Potatoes Cubed
1 Large Onion Chopped
Several Stalks Celery Chopped
Boil 1 Hour (Very Tender)
Ladle Off Water And Save 1/2 Cup
Add 3 Tbsp Flour, Mix And Add To Potatoes (With Some Retained Water)
Add 4 Tbsp Butter
1 Pint Half And Half
1 Pint Heavy Whipping Cream
Simmer 30 Minutes
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Add Meat If Desired
(Ham Sausage Smoked Turkey)
Mash Or Puree Potato Mixture For Smoother Soup
Garnish with: Grated Cheddar, Bacon, Green Onions and or Croutons
