Corn Chowder

great with soup crackers or grilled cheese!
Ingredients You'll Need
4 Slices of Bacon
1 Stick of Butter
1 Onion
1 Can of Evap. Milk
2 Cups of Half n Half
2 Cans of Corn
1 Cup of Water
2 Cans of Creame Corn
5 Potatos
Directions
chop bacon into small pieces
finely chop onion
peel potatos and cube
in a pot medium heat - cook bacon until brown - add stick of butter - when melted add onion and cook until clear - add corn and cook for 2 min - add cream corn and cook for 2 min - add evap. milk and stir - add half n half and stir - add water and potatos. turn heat down to low and let it set for about 45 min stirring occasionally.
