Coquito-Puerto Rican Coconut Eggnog

This is a festive drink that is made around the holidays.

Ingredients You'll Need
2 Cans of Coconut Cream
2 Cans Coconut milk (unsweetend)
2 Cans Evaporated milk
2 Cans Condensed milk
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 Tsp nutmeg
1/2 gallon of dark rum
Directions
In a blender add 1 can each of coconut cream, coconut milk, condensed milk, blend until smooth slowly adding vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour into a large bowl, repeat the process with the remaining cans of milk. Pour into bowl and whisk until combined with 1st batch, add all of the rum and whisk well. Pour into gallons or bottles and refrigerate (preferably overnight) Serve cold. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
