Chickpea Cauliflower Mash

Why I Love This Recipe
Believe it or not I saw this in the latest addition of Costco Connection in conjunction with a story about Marilou Bourdon promoting her new book, 3 Times a Day so I assume it came from that.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 cauliflower head - cut into florets (approx. 3 cups)
1 can chickpeas - 19 oz. drained and rinsed
2 garlic cloves - cut in half
3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
1/4 cup olive oil
salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Directions
Bring pot of water to boil
Add cauliflower, chickpeas and garlic
Boil for 10 - 15 minutes
Drain and transfer contents to food processor
Add parsley, chives and olive oil and process
Season with salt and pepper to taste
