It's an amazing recipe, very short recipe, and very easy to follow. Would recommend to a first time cook.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 Tbsp Coconut Amino
1 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
2 Tbsp of Water
1 Tbsp of Corn Starch
1 lb of Boneless Skinless chicken Breast
Salt to taste
1 Tbsp of Canola Oil
2 tsp of Fresh Garlic Minced
1 tsp of Fresh Ginger Grated
1 cup of Carrots Sliced
1 cup of Fresh Broccoli
Combine coconut amino and lime juice, water and corn starch in a small bowl. Mix together and set aside.
Season chicken with salt, heat in large pan over high heat.
Add chicken with half of oil.
With slotted spoon, remove chicken and set heat to medium.
Add oil, garlic, ginger for 20 seconds, then add broccoli, carrots until crisp, 3-4 minutes.
Pairs Well With
It goes great with rice or noodles.
