Chicken 'n Rice Casserole (or Chicken Spaghetti)

Why I Love This Recipe
It seems like I've known this recipe forever. You can use leftover chicken and prepare the rice or spaghetti noodles ahead of time. Lots of leeway for your personal taste.
Ingredients You'll Need
Baked Chicken (the amount varies to your personal taste. If you like lots of meat, use more chicken, and vice versa)
Cooked Rice (2 c. unprepared) or Spaghetti noodles
Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Can Rotel
Water
Shredded cheddar or colby/jack cheese OR Crushed saltine crackers
Salt/Pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Chop chicken.
In a big bowl, combine chicken, rice/noodles, cream of mushroom soup, Rotel, Salt/pepper to taste.
Add water to make a casserole consistency.
Put mixture in a 9x13 pan.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until warmed thru.
Uncover and sprinkle cheese or crackers over the dish.
Bake in oven until topping is melted.
