Why I Love This Recipe
This recipe was a favorite of a very dear co-worker. It became a staple at all eating functions in the office. She passed away from cancer this year and this recipe is a reminder of the special relationship we had.

Ingredients You'll Need
2 packages cream cheese – room temperature
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 package dry Ranch seasoning mix
2 to 3 green onions chopped
1 jar dried beef (found by tuna fish in Walmart). Rinse per jar directions and chop into small pieces.
Pecans – chopped fine
Directions
Mix all ingredients except pecans. Form into ball on wax paper and then roll in pecans. Wrap and refrigerate. Best to make the day before serving. Serve with crackers.
