CARROT SOUP

Why I Love This Recipe
My sister-in-law made me carrot soup when I was in Quebec and this is close in taste.
Ingredients You'll Need
4 Oxo chicken cubes (or 4 tsp. of the powder form)
4 cups boiling water
2 Oxo onion cubes (or 2 tsp. of the powder form)
4 cups chopped carrots
2 squirts around the pot of Real Lemon
(about 2 tsp.)
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. powdered curry
1/4 cup cream
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook all the ingredients except the cream in a pot until tender.
Put in a blender and blend until smooth. Replace in pot; add the cream and reheat.
Serve hot.
