Bulgur Chili

Why I Love This Recipe
This is incredibly thick, and the bulgur adds a nice 'meaty' addition. Yum!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 Cup Onion, Chopped
4 Cup Water
1 can Tomato, crushed (28 oz)
3 can Red Kidney Beans (16 oz)
1 can Solid pack Pumpkin (16 oz)
1 Cup Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 Cup Bulgur wheat, uncooked
1 Cup Green chilies, chopped
1 Tbs Chili powder
1 tsp Garlic, minced
1 tsp ground Cumin
1 tsp salt
Directions
Suatee the onion in a little oil in a dutch oven. until soft.
Drain and rinse the beans.
Add bans and all remaining ingredients to the onion and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 35 min.
