Ingredients You'll Need
1 1/4 cup frozen blueberry
1 1/2 cup plain flour
2 tbs baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 tbs fresh lemon juice
1 tbs lemon zest
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tbs orange blossom water (optional)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tbs fresh lemon juice
Preheat the oven 350 F.
Grease and line 8 inches cake pan with parchment paper and place 1 cup of blueberry at the bottom and set aside.
In a large bowl add baking powder, flour, sugar, lemon zest and mix well.
In an electric mixer bowl put eggs, lemon juice, oil, and almond milk. Mix well and add flour slowly.
Place the batter on the reserved pan. Sprinkle the rest of the blueberry on top of it.
