Barbecue Chicken and Vegetable Supper

Ingredients You'll Need
1 Tbls. vegetable oil
4 boneless skinless chicken
breasts
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups red potato wedges
1 jar chicken gravy
1/3 cup barbecue sauce
Directions
In 12-inch skillet, heat
oil over medium-high heat.
Add chicken, sprinkle with
salt. Cook 4 minutes,
turning once, until browned.
Add potatoes, gravy and
barbecue sauce, stir to
coat and mix. Cover, cook
5-8 minutes, stirring
occasionally, until
potatoes are tender and
juice of chicken is clear
when center of thickest part
is cut (170 degrees).
