Banana pecan bread

Why I Love This Recipe
My cousin Cheryl makes this banana bread, and I am not usually a nut fan, but the pecans in this one work, and I think they add a nice variation on the usual banana bread that I am used to.
The cinnamon sugar that I use at the very end is actually a spice island grinder that fresh grinds it right as you need it
Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 c butter
1 c sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 very ripe bananas, mashed
1 T lemon juice
2 C flour, sifted
3 t baking powder
1/2 c chopped pecans
1/4 c whole pecans
Cinnamon sugar for dusting on top
Directions
Cream together butter and sugar
Add eggs, beating until mixture is fluffy
Stir in bananas and lemon juice
Add in flour and baking powder slowly, folding into wet ingredients
Add chopped pecans, fully incorporating
Pour into loaf pan
Sprinkle whole pecans on top and sprinkle a little cinnamon sugar over it
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes
