Why I Love This Recipe
We like the little bit of tang from the Parmesan Cheese.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 # fresh haddock fillets
½ cup corn flakes (crushed)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
2 tsp Parmesan cheese
1. Mix crushed corn flakes, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese in flat dish.
2. Coat fish fillets with corn flake mixture
3. Place fillets in lightly greased baking dish
4. Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes (depending on thickness of fillet)
