"In his kindergarten record book, Austin was asked: What is your favorite food? His answer: Taco Salad with Salsa."
Serves 6-8 | Prep Time 15 minutes | Cook Time 10 minutesWhy I Love This Recipe
Austin's first babysitter Lily fed him salsa as a baby hence his true love of Mexican cuisine. He always wanted tacos with salsa for dinner. Taco Salad became an early (and healthier) beloved family meal. Instead of a large salad bowl, you can put all ingredients out and let everyone assemble their own taco salads and salsa away!
