Ingredients You'll Need

2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
1½ cups shelled edamame, thawed from frozen
½ cup chopped cucumber
½ cup chopped celery hearts
¼ cup chopped radish
2 scallions, thinly sliced


Directions

In a large bowl, whisk together the vinegar, soy sauce, and oil.


Toss with the edamame, cucumber, celery, radish, and scallions.
