I'm fortunate to have spent eight years of my life living in the Food Capital of the World (Sorry, San Francisco), New Orleans. I was fortunate to work with some of the best food businesses in the region over the course of that time. Sometimes offering suggestions for their menus and/or products. I now reside in Los Angeles post-Katrina and I'm staying put here. Hurricanes and Brush Fires be damned.
