I've been involved in foodservice for the better part of my career. I loved spending time with chefs (although selling food products to restaurants) I've learned a lot. It's definitely a labor of love to be a chef, that's why I chose to do it at my own pace, in my house, and entertain at my leisure. Along the way I've picked up baking, photography, and recently, I'm trying to combine the two for some very unique creations. I'm looking forward to a wealth of great recipies, and of course making new friends.
