Marinated Pork KebobsOur family is fond of pork tenderloin, we especially like it grilled this way and served with a fruit salsa.
Snowball CookiesIn large bowl cream butter and confectioner’s sugar until fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Combine Baking mix, zanthum gum, and salt. Gradually stir into butter mixture. Stir in pecans if desired. Refrigerate until chilled, an hour or so. Roll into 1” balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in an oven preheated to 350F for 10-12 Minutes. Roll warm cookies in confectioner’s sugar. Roll again in confectioner’s sugar when cool. Makes 4 Dozen.

Since my grandson, David was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and numerous other food allergies when he was a toddler 14 years ago, I have been reworking recipes and creating recipes for him and my friends in the National Celiac Association of TN. This cookbook is for them.
This cookbook is for my grandson, David, who was diagnosed with Celiac disease at 20 months of age. Someday he will be an adult with a family of his own, I want him to have the healthy, gluten free recipes created by his grandma for him to enjoy with his family. We also want to share them with you.
When my grandson, David, was diagnosed with Celiac Disease at a very young age I immediately started cooking gluten free. Before long I started converting our family favorite recipes to gluten free versions and I began to realize that he would need to have these recipes, so I started writing a cookbook. When I started "Grandmas Gluten Free Goodies" my customers also began asking for the recipes. GOING GLUTEN FREE AND LOVING IT Cookbook series was born. I hope you enjoy this month's recipes.
Grandmas Gluten Free Goodies makes two meals a week including entree, side, salad, and dessert for our meal service customers to choose boxed meals for 2 or family meals. The customers requested many of the recipes, so each month we publish the recipes for that month's meals to cook at home. We hope you enjoy them.

I have been developing GF recipes and converting family recipes to GF since my, then toddler, grandson was diagnosed with Celiac 14 years ago.
