  • 2 part brandy
  • 1 part calvados
  • 1 part sweet vermouth
  • apple slice, to decorate
DIRECTIONS
  1. put the ice, brandy, calvados and sweet vermouth into a cocktail shaker
  2. shake until a frost forms
  3. strain into a glass
  4. decorate with an apple slice
