  • 4 parts coconut water
  • 1 part coconut milk
  • 1 part apricot brandy
  • 1 part white rum
  • ground cinnamon, to decorate
DIRECTIONS
  1. put some crushed ice into a blender
  2. add the coconut water, coconut milk, apricot brandy and rum
  3. blend at high speed
  4. to serve, pour into a coconut shell or goblet and sprinkle with ground cinnamon
