White Sauce for Scalloped Potatoes
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 2-3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp each: salt, pepper, garlic powder.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat all ingredients in saucepan until thickened.
  2. Pour over 6 medium, sliced potatoes.
  3. Cook in 350 degree oven for 55-65 minutes or until tender.
