Veggie Bars

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cans Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package Hidden valley ranch salad dressing mix
  • 2 packages cream cheese (softened)3/4 cup (diced) EACH:
  • green onions
  • radishes
  • broccoli
  • cauliflower
  • green pepper (or whatever veggies you like!)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. Directions:
  2. - Flatten the crescent rolls on a cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 350. Cool for 10 minutes.
  3. - Mix mayo, ranch dressing mix & cream cheese. Spread on top of cooled crescent rolls.
  4. - Evenly sprinkle all of the diced veggies onto the dressing mixture. Top with shredded cheese.
  5. - Chill for 2 hours. Cut into squares & serve.
