Vegetarian Chickpea-Cranberry Wraps

  • 4 Whole wheat wrap
  • 1-15 Ounce can chickpeas
  • 4 Ounces BBQ sauce
  • 1 Small onion, diced
  • 1 Tomato, diced
  • Mayonnaise
  • 4 Tablespoons Cranberry sauce
  • Salt and Pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. On a wrap, smear mayonnaise to preference, pile chickpeas, add BBQ sauce, diced onions, diced tomatoes and cranberries and salt and pepper to taste. Fold one end over and roll up.
