Vegetable Ramen

  • 1 Tablespoon margarine
  • 1 Chicken flavored ramen noodle
  • 2 Tablespoon thin sliced carrot
  • 2 Cabbage
  • 1 Clove garlic
DIRECTIONS
  1. Toss a tablespoon of margarine into a skillet. Add 2 tablespoons each of thinly sliced carrots, cabbage and crushed garlic. Cook just until softened. Add a packet of chicken ramen, 2 cups of water, and cook until the noodles are cooked through, about 6 minutes. Add seasoning packet and stir to combine.
