Turkey Burgers

  • 1 lb. lean ground turkey breast
  • 1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 tsp. dried sage leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine the turkey, bread crumbs, egg white, sage, marjoram, salt and pepper in a large bowl and blend until well combined. Shape into 4 patties.
  2. Heat oil in large non-stick or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Brown patties on both sides until fully cooked and done. Serve with you choice of accompaniments and condiments, either alone or on a bun.
