Tuna Tartar
INGREDIENTS
  • Preparation Time: 10
  • 2 tbsp minced celery
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp truffle oil
  • 1 8 oz. tuna steak (sushi grade) cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients. Serve with rice crackers and wasabi.
