  • DICE ONION, GARLIC, AND GREEN PEPPER
DIRECTIONS
  1. IN MEDIUM SAUCE PAN, POUR OLIVE OIL, SAUTE GARLIC, ONION AND GREEN PEPPER ADD 2 CANS OF TUNA, DRAINED.
  2. ADD SALSA, MIX ALL TOGETHER AND COOK FOR 10 MINUTES.
  3. WHEN DONE OPEN YOUR PASTRY DISCS ONE BY ONE, PUT IN ONE TBSP OF TUNA MIXTURE IN MIDDLE OF DISC FOLD OVER AND PRESS ENDS WITH FORK, WHEN DONE YOU CAN FRY THEM IN OIL, OR IF DECIDE TO BAKE THEM IN THE OVEN BRUSH EACH DISC WITH OIL AND BAKE AT 350 DEGREES TILL BROWN.
