Sweet, Sour N Stuffed Bell Peppers

DIRECTIONS
  1. Dice red onion and mini color peppers
  2. Sauté with dash oil
  3. Clean out core seeds from large whole peppers
  4. Add rices cauliflower to pan with onions and peppers
  5. add seasoning
  6. Drizzle whole pepper inside and out
  7. then add seasoning
  8. Add 1 tbsp of crushed tomatoes to bottom of pepper
  9. Then add filling toward middle of pepper - try to keep pepper In tact
  10. Add sauerkraut
  11. Add some more crushed tomatoes sauce
  12. Place peppers standing up in non stick baking dish (water at bottom or greased pan)
  13. Bake stuffed bell peppers at 250 for 35-40min
