Sticky Bun Cake
  • Frozen dinner rolls (about 10-12)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 large (5-oz) box regular butterscotch pudding (not instant)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts
  1. Spread dinner rolls in a single layer in a bundt pan. Melt butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and milk in small saucepan on stovetop until smooth. Pour over rolls. Sprinkle butterscotch pudding over rolls and brown sugar mixture and top with nuts. Cover with clean, dry cloth (I use a dish towel) and leave overnight (or until dough rises). Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until done. Turn out of pan immediately but be careful! Sauce is hot and will spread!
A co-worker of mine gave me this recipe. Whenever she brought it to work, it was gone before lunch! People with think you slaved over it but it's so easy.
