Spinach Balls

  • 2 boxes frozen spinach cooked drained very dry
  • 1 sm bag Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 2 large onions, chopped fine
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tablesppon Accent seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 cup butter
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix well. shape into 100 small balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes serve hot.
