• 8-12 slices of Rouladen meat
  • 8-12 slices of bacon
  • 8-12 slices of dill picles
  • 1 carton of beef broth
  1. Lay the Rouladen on cutting board and layer with a slice of bacon.
  2. Place 1 slice or whole pickle at one end of the Rouladen and roll up, secure the end with 2 toothpicks.
  3. Once all is rolled, brown on all sides in a large frying pan in 3 tbsps of oil.
  4. Remove to a roasting pan and pour the carton of beef broth over the Rouladen.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
