Rochelle's Almond Brittle

  • Servings: 1 pound
  • 1 cup blanched slivered almonds
  • 1 teaspoon corn syrup
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter
  • Extra butter to line pan
DIRECTIONS
  1. Line bottom and sides of 8-9 inch pan with foil. Butter foil. Combine ingredients in pan. Bring to boil over medium heat stir constantly. Boil until golden brown, 5-6 minutes. Spread over foil. Cool, break apart.
