Pork Chili

  • Servings: 6-8
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless pork
  • 3 tbls vegetable oil
  • 2 cups chili sauce
  • 3 cups cooked rice
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cut pork into 1" cubes.
  2. Brown pork in heated oil in a large skillet.
  3. Stir in chili sauce. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer covered 30-40 minutes.
  5. Serve over cooked rice.
