Pecan Walnut Energy Balls - Raw Vegan
INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts
  • 1/4 cup cacao
  • 1/2 cup soft pitted dates
  • 2 - 4 Tbsp nut butter
  • water or nut milk as needed
  • pinch of salt
  • Coating ideas
  • hemp hearts, coconut, cacao, sesame seeds.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Using your food processor, blend the ingredients until you reach a consistency that will hold together when you press and roll it into a ball.
  2. Add a little water if needed.
  3. Scoop and roll with your hand into balls.
  4. Roll in the coating you have chosen.
  5. Store in your fridge or freezer.
