Pad Thai Saucy Dressing
INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tbsp cashew butter
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp tamari sauce
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tsp dried onion
  • 1 Tsp dried garlic
  • Water to reach desired consistency.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Blend all ingredients in a small mixing bowl or large cup until smooth and creamy,
  2. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  3. Option
  4. You can use tahini in place of either nut butter.
  5. Garnish with crushed nuts.
