No Knead Bread
INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Cups lukewarm water
  • 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 Cups unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tablespoon salt
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons instant yeast
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine flour water salt and yeast in a bowl. Mix well and let sit in the bowl 2 hours, covered. Now you can make loaves, pizza crusts, rolls or baguettes. If dough is sticky, dust with flour.
