Nancy Kramer's Stuffing

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 large can creamed corn
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 ounces canned mushrooms
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 10 ounce frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons onion, grated
  • dash pepper
  • 1 can french fried onions, reserve 1/2
  • 8 ounces Pettridge farms herb seasoned bread stuffi
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all but stuffing and butter. Melt butter and add stuffing exdept for 1/4 of it. Mix and put in 3 quart casserole. Sprinkle top with remaining stuffing and onion. Bake 40-45 minutes, uncovered in 350 degree oven.
