Montel's Almond-Crusted Salmon Bacon
  • 1 cup ground raw almonds
  • 5 oz. salmon filet, skin removed, sliced into three slices lengthwise
  • ¼ cup peanut oil
  1. Dredge the salmon in the almond crumbs and set aside for a moment.
  2. In a sauté pan on medium to high heat add the oil. When the oil is hot carefully pan sear the salmon on both sides until done.
