  • juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 45ml dry gin
  • soda water (club soda)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Fill cocktail shaker with crushed ice
  2. Add lemon, sugar and gin
  3. Shake
  4. Strain into a chilled highball glass
  5. Fill with soda water
  6. Stir
  7. Garnish with mint sprigs
