Mango with Coconut Srobet

  • Preparation Time: 5
  • Ripe mango
  • 2 full scoops coconut sorbet (I used Haagan Das)
  • Toasted coconut (optional)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Peel and dice mango
  2. Place mango in 2 bowls
  3. Add 1 full scoop of sorbet per bowl.
  4. Sprinkle with toasted coconut if using.
  5. Serve and enjoy

This is so easy it's embarassing but everyone I've served it to has raved. It's one of those it seemed like a good idea at the time recipes.
