Mango Mania Eggless Cake - Fresh Cream Frosting - Whipped Cream Icing
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Basic Sponge Cake (without any flavor),
  • 500 gms. Whipped Cream,
  • 1 Cup White Chocolate Flakes,
  • 1 Cup fresh Alphonso Mango Cubes,
  • 1/2 Cup Pineapple(Tinned) Cubes,
  • Water for Moisturizing.
  • Strawberry Crush, White Chocolate Leaves (prepared) & fresh Mango Slices, Cherries & Silver Balls for Garnishing.
DIRECTIONS
  1. For Sponge Cake & whipped Cream please refer my earlier videos (link is given at the bottom).
  2. Cut the Sponge Cake in three horizontal layers. Place the last (bottom most) layer on the board.
  3. Sprinkle some water on this layer for moisturizing.
  4. Apply whipped cream on this layer and then spread fresh Alphonso Mango cubes, tinned Pineapple & White Chocolate flakes.
  5. Then place second layer of cake & repeat this process again. Now, place the last layer of cake & moisturize.
  6. Cover the whole cake with whipped Cream and give it finishing.
  7. Spread chocolate flakes on the sides of the Cake.
  8. Decorate the Cake as shown in video.
