Mango Lassi

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup of vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup or more of Trader Joe's frozen mango chunks or 1/2 medium ripe mango, diced
  • Maple syrup or other sweetener to taste
  • A sprinkling of cardamom powder on top of finished smoothie
DIRECTIONS
  1. Throw all the ingredients into a blender, turn it on and blend until smooth!
