Lasagna Rolls
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 30-45

  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 (10oz) pkg frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 egg
  • 16 oz. ricotta cheese
  • 2 c. shredded mozarella
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • marinara (homemade or jarred)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients except noodles and sauce. Place 1/4 c. of filling on each noodle, spread, and roll up. Pour 1/2 of the sauce on the bottom of a baking dish and place rolls on top of the sauce. Pour remaining sauce over the top and bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
