Gucamole
INGREDIENTS

  • Preparation Time: 15 minutes
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • sea salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mince the garlic.
  2. Remove avocado skin, save the pit.
  3. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  4. Pour into a bowl.
  5. Add back the pit -it will help the guacamole stay bright and green.
