This is an adaptation of a WeightWatchers recipe from "Super Quick and Easy Pasta". i have made many recipes from this book over the years, however it is now falling apart, so needs to be prioritised for uploading. i also have far too much pasta. it doesn't sound nice, however is delicious and full of Omega 3 oils. One major change i have made is to reduce the portion size. i have adjusted the pasta down accordingly, however not the sauce. You can use any tins of sardines you like for this really. i used 1 in tomato sauce and 1 in brine and it worked just fine. A great way to use up those surplus tins lurking at the back of your cupboard.
