German Oven Pancakes

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
DIRECTIONS
  1. Beat flour and eggs together with a rotary beater. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  2. Pour into a cold, greased, 10-inch baking disk (or cake pan).
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 450 F. oven for 20 minutes. Pancakes will puff with big bubbles while baking.
  4. Serve with topping of choice - goes well with syrup or jam.
