Duck aiguillettes with honey

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 lb duck aiguilettes
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 handful raisins
DIRECTIONS
  1. Soak the raisins in cold water for a few minutes.
  2. Heat the oil, water and sugar.
  3. Cook the duck in this mix until slightly golden.
  4. Add the vinegar, honey and raisins, and let simmer 2 or 3 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with pasta or potato croquettes.
