Crockpot Chicken Tacos
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 240-360
  • Servings: 5-6

  • 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 Tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • white corn tortillas
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups Colby-Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place chicken breasts in crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle taco seasoning over meat.
  3. Cover with chicken broth.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  5. When done, shred chicken with two forks.
  6. Wrap tortillas in foil and warm in oven.
  7. Serve chicken tacos with salsa, cheese, onion, lettuce, & tomatoes.
